Position: Tooling & Equipment Section Manager
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES （主要职责）
______________________________________________________________________________
Lead China Tooling & Equipment procurement team, in charge of all related procurement activities, who will cover Tooling & Equipment procurement of Shanghai factory, Shunde factory, as well as international procurement office
  
·  Set up standard process for Tooling & Equipment procurement
·  Evaluating and developing good tool shops to support tooling sourcing activities
·  Delivering annual tooling purchasing and saving targets set by management
·  Leading Tooling Team managing tooling projects and relationship with tool shops on daily basis in terms of price, quality, delivery and services
·  Coordinating with colleagues in tooling receiving regions to ensure timely tolling repairing and maintenance
·  Reviewing tooling projects in regular conference call in English with colleagues from regions
·  Regular travel is required
  
Knowledge & Skill (知识技能要求)
  
·  Bachelor or master degree in tooling or engineering
·  Minimum seven years’ hands-on stamping style tooling design and making experience for a well-known company
·  Knowledge of ISO 9902 / QS 9000 quality system, AUTO CAD, Pro-E, SPC, TQC, six sigma, and Cpk
·  Detailed-oriented, hard-working and with high integrity and can-do attitude, excellent team player and with good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, result-oriented and independent working, good project management skill  
·  Computer literacy and good command of both oral and written English
