【灌水】下一代 NX3的有关消息

大伙很关心UG的下一个版本 NX3的情况，现将本人收集的整理出来：
  
NX3是UG与I-DEAS最终完全合并的第一个版本：
用户界面、使用习惯，以UG为主体；
将把I-DEAS的一些独有特征完全吸收进来，
可以从特征和参数化级别上读取原I-DEAS的PART

时间：
  
现内部测试，
4月下旬至5月， 可在California公开试用；
5月，2004专业年会宣布NX3；
此后会进入B测试；
  
估计8月后RELEASE

现在仅仅知道一些比较笼统的功能，细节要等5月份了。
  
– Much improved look and feel, organization and customization
– Continuing improvement of user interface and usability
– Many improvements as well as new capabilities in part and assembly modeling, drafting, simulation, and manufacturing
– New way of defining and working with parameters
– Ability to easily leverage the embedded knowledge engine throughout modeling
– New and exciting straight break sheet metal application
– New and powerful way of journaling and automating your designs using industry standard interfaces

钣金方面会增加众多实用的特征和功能
（以前UG及I-DEAS没有的），
易用性方面会吸取SOLIDEDGE成功之处

逆向软件，IMAGEWARE相对其他软件最薄弱的方面就是：POLYGON的处理。
  
现在NX3中将可以对多边形网格数据读入、可视化、编辑修改、分析，最后生成NURBS曲面。
  
可以处理大至数百万的点云，一步生成曲面

不知与现在的NX1，NX2的延续性怎么样？别让大家从头再学呀

在CAM及布线方面，早在去年就确认了NX3的功能部分。
