we are in the process of
sourcing metal bases and inserts for attaching our glass to other
metal items, like letter opener blades, cork pullers, etc. We are
looking for a factory in Taiwan that can produce approx 12,000 pieces
per year of 8 parts.
These parts would be made of 360 brass, then plated with various
finishes (satin nickel, chrome, black chrome, etc). Our largest piece
is approx 25mm diameter by 20mm tall, with a tapped blind hole.
I have included a link to some jpg's of 2 bases, as well as the dxf
file for the images. |
