This will allow the rotary elevation axis to maintain constant direction of rotation +/- when the usual maximum limit of 30000 degrees rotation is reached. That is, the post option will change the angles of 29880; 29881; 29882 to be output as 29880; 1 M94 C ; 2; 3; etc.
( 29880 / 360 = 83 full revolutions - the limiting value must always be exactly divisible by 360 )
At the machine control interface carry out the following :-
1, Go into Program and Edit mode.
2, Press the MOD KEY
3, Enter 95148 (password)
4, Go To MP 810.3
5, This will probably be set to 0 (This is incorrect to run M94 Reducing angle)
6, Change to 360 ( Max angle of 360 )
7, Enter End
8, Exit Edit mode back to Manual
9, Soft Key Pass Over Ref. M94 only on Rotary Elevation axis should be necessary |
