老师问我的一个非常严重的问题

As stated, the .19 dimension was added to the detail drawing to accept parts that were made over size.  This was accomplished by using the over ride function available in PRO-E.  The model WAS NOT CHANGED so that when re-tooled, we would get back to design nominal of .169.  Build to the model and everything will be as it should.

有个proe的图，在转成autoCAD的图的时候，只有一个尺寸发生了变化，从0.169变成0.19，其余没变。问及按哪个尺寸加工的时候，对方说了上述的话，你怎么理解？ 另，over ride 是什么意思？

是不是尺寸修改的不对？
