Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Specialists are responsible for selling Agile PLM Solution directly to customers.
They are assigned to specific opportunities where they possess the sales and technical expertise required to conduct the phases of the sales cycle.
Ability to identify and influence prospect purchases while maintaining total customer satisfaction.
Responsible for a given geography and any specific named accounts in territory.
Required to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quota.
Proficient at identifying prospect business issues and quantifying and matching to Arbortext value proposition.
Required to achieve short-term business measurements including metrics for number of sales calls, pipeline growth, average deal size, cycle time, win/loss ratios.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
-Strong commercial skills with an engineering background, with ability to be persuasive in a marketing and "selling" sense
-Fluency in speaking, understanding, writing and reading English.
-Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across a number of disciplines
-Strong commercial & customer exposure and experience
-Understanding of and ability to work with various aspects of the business
Educational Requirements:
-Degree in Business Administration, Engineering
