本研究利用田口式实验计划法找到射出成型条件中重要影响因子,并利用模流分析软件Moldex3D仿真射出成型加工过程。应用田口方法得到薄壳塑料件的成型参数以减少因体积收缩所产生的翘曲。为了到达目标,所以采用Moldex3D软件分析,且利用有三水平的田口直交表 进行实验设计。使用充填时间、保压时间及保压压力等三个参数进行实验,得到各组的翘曲量和收缩率。接着利用信号噪声比得到参数的最佳水平,以及各参数在翘曲和收缩上的影响。

此外,应用田口式实验设计法去找出射出成型的优化条件,是一个相当有效率的方法,可以获得设定最优的制程条件因子,并得到产品成型后的最小翘曲、变形质量。

英文摘要
This research proposes the Taguchi method of experimental design theory plan and determine the injection molding conditions. The injection processes were simulated using the commercial software Moldex3D. Taguchi optimization technique is applied to investigate the sensitive parameters for reducing the warpgae problem related to the shrinkage effect .For this purpose, a number of Moldex3D analyses are carried out by utilizing the combination of process parameters based on three-level of L9 Taguchi orthogonal design. Three dominated injection factors were examined and adopted among these parameters,such as injection time, packing time and packing pressure.The signal-to-noise ratio(S/N) are used to find the optimal levels of each parameters and to indicate the impact of the process parameters on warpage.
In addition, applying the experimental design of Taguchi method is a quite effective method to deduce the optimal set of effective factors of injection molding on producing plastic parts with minimum warpage.
