标题: 【求助】怎么解决烫斗底板温度不稳定问题？
烫斗的底板温度总是不稳定，请各位指点指点，底板温度不稳定主要是什么原因（有几种）？注：此烫斗底板为喷油。

还有一个问题，此烫斗不时出现高压漏电现象，此烫斗底板喷油，喷油后过炉，导致保护发热管口的硅胶高温变质，去除变质胶后需二次涂胶（硅胶）再喷汽化剂过炉。初步分析为去胶及加胶过程漏入杂质而导致漏电。

以上请有烫斗经验的分析并加予指点。谢谢！

底板temp.不稳定reason:

         1) thermostat不稳定,温度飘移
         2）thermostat位置应靠近heater.
         3) 底板较薄.

高压漏电:  喷汽化剂后加胶

the reasones of the soleplate's temperature is not stable are belows:
1.the soleplate is too thin,so the heat can not conduct.
2.the heat pipe's dimension and the hight are not proper.
3.the material aluminium is not good,and mix into impurity.

1，感温点选得不好。
2，底板太薄
3，材质不纯
