【分享】Surfcam後處理釋義與教程
對很多Surfcam的初學者..往往沒弄明白Surfcam的後處理怎麼設置?..怎麼改?
怎麼加上? 怎麼刪去?
現在就一一解釋..
首先到 Surfcam\surf2002plus or surf2003 or surf2004 目錄下面
找到 Surfcam.pst 這個檔案...用文本編輯器打開

BeginPost EDM Default:1 ---代表是 EDM 後處理的集成菜單開始
相對於在Operation Manager裡右邊那裡 選EDM的清單

現在我們以我的Surfcam.pst裡的 2 Axis 部分為例

我們以第一項來看
PostItem M320 with R(Metric)
Status M320 with R(Metric)
ChDir "C:\SURFCAM\Surf2004\MPOST"
Delete "%p%N.NCC"
Command "C:\SURFCAM\Surf2004\MPOST\MPOSTWIN" "%p%n" 14
Task "C:\SURFCAM\Surf2004\editNC\editNC" "%p%N.ncc"
PostItem --代表顯示於 Operation Manager 後處理 2 Axis第一項顯示清單
Status ---代表後處理釋用哪一個的狀態顯示訊息
ChDir "C:\SURFCAM\Surf2004\MPOST" ---代表改變目錄到此
Delete "%p%N.NCC" ---代表刪除原目錄下同檔名的NCC程序
Command "C:\SURFCAM\Surf2004\MPOST\MPOSTWIN" "%p%n" 14 ---
代表用MPostWin 選用第十四項 (Postform.m裡的第十四項) 來做後處理
Task "C:\SURFCAM\Surf2004\editNC\editNC" "%p%N.ncc"
代表 用editNC這個文本編輯器 打開 剛剛處理出來的NCC程序

現在 我們到Surfcam\Postlib\ 目錄下面 用文本編輯器打開 Postform.M
Postform.M ---- 銑床
Postform.L ---- 車床
Postform.E ---- EDM 線切割
找 name M320 with R(Metric) 剛好就是第十四個 以 name為起始的

加入 後處理機器配置文件 於Postform.M 與命令項目於Surfcam.pst
開始--->程式集 ---> Surfcam2003(Surfcam2002 Plus...) --->Surfcam Tools --> Postmenu Wizard

這樣 這個後處理機器配置文件 就被加入 Postform.M, 同時, 在Surfcam.pst裡的 2 Axis 與 3 Axis的後處理清單裡 都被加入之前所貼的命令行

加好後 可以選擇 離開 或 回主選單..
因為我們將要刪除 之前所加入的 後處理機器配置文件 所以選 回主選單

已上移除的 操作 只是 移除Surfcam.pst 裡 2軸 與 3軸裡 那個
M320 with R(Metric)的命令行 ..
加入在 Postform.M裡的 機器配置文件
name M320 with R(Metric) 的那些 並沒有被刪除掉
如果要刪除...要用文本編輯器 打開Postform.M 將
name M320 with R(Metric) 以下(含) 刪除
我們所加入的 MPostwin後處理機器配置文件, 往往都是 自動添加在
Postform.M 裡的

256個字元的目錄路逕
%q 8 character path
8 個字元的目錄路逕
%n 256 character file name
256個字元的檔案名稱
%s 8 character file name
8 個字元的檔案名稱
%N 256 character file name without extension
256個字元的檔案名稱 不包含 副檔名
%S 8 character file name without extension
8 個字元的檔案名稱 不包含 副檔名
