喇叭模具。前模进浇。下模是外观面不允许有顶杆痕迹，只有前模顶出

Based on my experience, the wall of the part is very thin and its material is PP, you have ro trim the central area, right? so the thing will be easy, please consider air aided ejection, I worked at a company called Foster which is professional in speaker manufacture, trust me!! By the way, don't use pin gate and mutiple cavities if wall thickness is less than 0.3MM !!
