学完教程,应该能应付一般的应用。
在这里再进行一些讨论。我先贴一段帮助文件的翻译:

Fabric Flat Pattern generates flat patterns for woven or unidirectional fabric materials. You can use this function to flatten composite laminate plies, or any materials that conform to the theoretical models for woven or unidirectional fabrics. Fabric Flat Pattern命令生成纺织材料或单向纤维材料的平铺图样。你能用这个功能使复杂薄板,或任何遵守织物、单向纤维理论模型的材料变平。
Two solvers are provided which can process multiple ply surfaces, cut curves, arbitrary or infinite stock (the raw material from which laminates are made) and additional curves and points. 两种解算器能处理多重ply曲面,剪切曲线,任意或无限的stock(原始材料来自被制造的薄板)附加曲线和点。

Cut Curves/Edges

Additional Curves/Edges

Flat Pattern CSYS
  
  
The local coordinate system of the  flat pattern. The origin of this CSYS corresponds to the start points of the  stock and of the ply. The X-axis of the CSYS corresponds to the primary fiber  orientations. The Y-axis will correspond to the secondary fiber orientation  unless the primary and secondary orientations are non-orthogonal; in any case  they will be in the same general direction (i.e. not more than 90° apart).  平铺图样的定位坐标系统。坐标系原点符合stock和ply的开始点。X轴符合纤维第一方向。Y轴符合纤维第二方向(除非第一方向与第二方向不垂直;某些场合将在同样的方向(超过90°))。

How to use Fabric Flat Pattern
The following process is common in creating a flat pattern from a given ply and infinite stock material (assume you have already set up the environment variable and menu file, described in Dialog box). 在从一个给定的ply和无限的stock材料(假定你已设定好环境变量和菜单文件,对话框描述)创建平铺图样时,以下过程是共通的。

1.        Before entering Fabric Flat Pattern, the part should contain a body from which a ply face will be selected. We recommend that you create a start point on the ply. It is also desirable to define geometry for orientation, stock, and so on.  在进入Fabric Flat Pattern前,part文件应该已包含一个实体(有需要展开的面的)。建议你在面上创建一个点。这个点应该适于定义几何的方向、原料等。
2.        Open the part file that includes ply and stock geometry. If there is no stock in the part, you can create one or assume an unlimited stock. 打开包含有需要展开的面(ply或stock)的part文件。如果文件里没有stock面,可以创建一个或假设一个无限的stock面。
3.        Select the ply faces to generate the flat pattern. Specify a start point on the ply as the origin point for the flat pattern, and a fiber primary orientation vector for the ply. 选择ply曲面来生成平铺图样。指定一个ply面上的点作为原点,和一个纤维第一方向。
4.        (Optional) Select stock face, start point, and orientation vector(s).(可选项)选择一个stock面,开始点,和定位方向。
5.        Input the fiber spacing for primary and secondary direction, according to the part's physical size. See Grid size for more detail. 输入纤维间隔用于第一方向和第二方向,遵守part的自然尺寸。看Grid size了解更多细节。
6.        (Optional) Select the Flat Pattern CSYS (the coordinates on which to put the flat pattern). (可选项)选择Flat Pattern CSYS(用来放平铺图样的坐标系)。
Select Apply to launch the Flattener Solver and create a flat pattern.
选择Apply来启动解算器,创建一个平铺图样。
