标题: 求助：欧洲标准周转箱模具设计
客户要做周转箱模具，说我们给的模具设计不是欧洲标准，请问这类周转箱模具，具体的欧准标准设计时需要注意什么？哪位大侠知道啊？？？以下是客户对我们设计的回复
1） 4 big classic slide and ejection plate by 2 hydraulic cylinder will be better

2） In you solution the slides stay in injection side and according to the weight, the risk is important

3) We need columns/bush with balls

4) For a best cycle process, the best solution is to have the top of the core in copper

需要4个大滑块，脱模用2个油缸推推板，全部公模仁的顶端都镶铍铜，进料那里可能不合他们的注塑机。。。。。。。。没有理解全部

公模仁芯子做成2节的，上面一节镶铍铜，好散热

基本做篮筐模具飞模步骤比较需要时间我们厂做出深的就有几十套吧欧洲标准暂时没有做过

其实做篮筐不能用哈弗结构原因是飞模困难模呸大滑块和模呸容易裂开成本也相对比较高
