Locations: Shanghai/Beijing, China Responsibilities:
Running lead generation activities, cold calling, promotional programs and on-site selling with clients.
The successful applicants conduct field visits, presentations, consulting and propose appropriate solutions for companies and achieving sales target for our business.
This person would be working directly with the PTC direct sales organization (positioning larger ‘enterprise’ deals) and the Inside Sales Group (to maximize the traditional transactional business) to penetration into existing and new accounts with the support of our technical organization and the Product Solutions Group (PSG) organization.
The most important attributes we look for are hard-charging people with intelligence and high IQ.
The ability to communicate effectively is essential, along with a good working attitude and very ethical.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in sales.
Both experience candidates and those early in their sales careers may apply if they possess the required minimum qualifications.
Requirements:
Minimum of a four year college degree.
3 to 5 years of sales experience with a successful track record of making President’s Club or ‘stand out’ sales achievements.
High transaction oriented sales environment where activity (cold calls, field visits, etc.) is the ‘key’ to success.
The ability to work and communicate with others in an overlay role.
Plus: If you have an understanding of Mathematical software or the engineer calculation environment within manufacturing companies.
Compensation:
Base with commissions; commensurate with experience.
