首先.网格数量50000来说应该是比较大了
你分析的序列有冷却,而冷却要求的内存,硬盘空间很大
看了上面的log,beam不要修改,关键是重叠的元素一定要找出来修好
最后cool solver parameters中的计算几何影响的方法不用ideal选项
