请教下,有没有碰到这样一个问题

ROE野火版3.0安装完毕后,打开时出现错误如下

The desired vendor daemon is down.
Displaying status for license file:7788@yingxing-d39cb9
License Server:yingxing-d39cb9
Warning(-97):The desired vendor daemon is down.
Check the lmgrd log file,or try lmreread.

license没有安装好!!
