Heres a tip to expand upon for your own needs.
If you need to a "water" appearance on objects. Rather then trying to find a static image file, try this..
At a Part/Face/Assy edit level slect SMARTPAINT, Change the following:
Color: Blue
Bump: Burlap (under IronCAD>Images directory)
Bump Setting: 40
You will need ro render to see efeects.
Thats it.
Feel Free to adjust the bump settings to suit.
