目前肯定是没有办法了，我也遇到过，肯定是IE7.0和UG3.0与UG4.0不兼容，等待UG的补丁或者IE的补丁吧作者: Liujian 时间: 2006-12-7 10:17

Solution/Workaround
Delete the %UGII_BASE_DIR%/ugii/psapi.dll file.
