Delete the following file;
%UGII_BASE_DIR%/ugii/psapi.dll
The file was added to support Windows 2000, and is no longer needed.
Once removed, the psapi.dll will be resolved from the Windows System32 library.

Paul,
It is safe to delete this file. It was originally put into the UGII directory to support Windows 2000 and Windows XP functionality on systems that were still running Windows NT 4.0 (this library was not available on Windows NT 4.0 systems). For Windows XP and Windows 2000 systems, this file is included as part of the system.. It has been unneeded since we dropped support for NT 4.0.
