Technical Support Engineer (上海市)  
  
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:  
[$#8226]  Assisting Field Staff and Windchill customers with the installation, configuration, and tuning of Windchill Application, which involves Oracle, Web Servers, and Java both on UNIX and NT  
[$#8226]  Troubleshoot technical problems, reproduce issues, develop workarounds and work directly with development on testing fixes  
[$#8226]  Assist in the creation and implementation technical training and documentation related to the above topics  
[$#8226]  Continuously develop technical skills in PTC Products, Java, Oracle and other technologies involved in the Windchill solutions
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
[$#8226]  Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field  
[$#8226]  Experience in Web Technologies, Oracle, Networking, Unix and NT  
o  Web Technologies: Experience with Java code, Applets, Servlets, JSP, XML, HTML, and Web Servers/Servlet engines  
o  UNIX/NT: User level with basic administration knowledge  
o  Oracle: Experience installing, creating, configuring, normalizing and tuning Oracle databases or similar relational databases.  
o  Networking: Basic administration knowledge.  
o  Object Orientated programming familiarity (Java)  
[$#8226]  Strong written and verbal communication skills in bilingual Mandarin Chinese (Native or Near Native)/English are a requirement  
[$#8226]  In addition, native or near native Taiwanese or Korean will be a great advantage  
[$#8226]  Knowledge of Japanese will be a plus  
[$#8226]  Customer service skills  
[$#8226] &nbsprioritization skills & self-motivated  
[$#8226]  Ability to quickly master new products and technologies  
[$#8226]  Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutions

不就是PTC找一个技术支持麻。搞一个托福的文章过来。

我做windchill一年多，做了很多二次开发，并做过一些现场实施，也初步学习了如何BC。我希望有机会加入ptc，因为在ptc有更好的前途，现在呆在小公司里，感觉“路漫漫其修远兮”，虽然在技术上的进步很快，但在其他方面，感觉过得很不舒服！我恳请ptc给我这样的机会！等待回复！
