Responsibilities :
· Develop new resin, new mold, new process and build-up reliable process at process at project stage with customer· prepare Quotation(QQ,LQR,RFQ) for FA· Build-up related procedure, WI, MSR, FMFA, Flowchart & MOI etc· Direct and monitor mold trial to ensure the mold is built according to the pre-defined conditions
Must-have Requirements :
· University graduate in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering· Min 3 years working experience in injection molding and trouble shooting.· Problem solving and decision making.· Active ,independent, [$ excellent word ethic].· English(spoken & Written)
Project Engineer III(Stamping)
Responsibilities :
· Follow up the new project from quotation assignment other than job description· Machine/Tooling improvement· Follow up the Lamination tooling maintenance· Facility improvement (Die structure & Fixture)· Production data coordinated and analysis
Must-have Requirements :
· Degree of Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering· With 3-5yrs experience of stamping die.· Knowledge of the ISO2000 or QS900/TS16949.· Good computer operation (Excel, Word, ACAD) ;.· Good of English speaking and writing
Other Requirements :Can be work individual
Workshop Supervisor
Responsibilities :
· Plan and manage resource for mould
Must-have Requirements :
· College or above degree ·5 years experience in plastic mould production.·Can make a set of plastic mould independently.
Senior Engineer (CNC)
Job Duties and Responsibiltiy:
? Initiate, monitor and follow up projects for
1. Manufacturing system improvement
2. Process optimization
3. Product's time to market improvement
4. New products process feasibility study, research and development
5. Process capability studies
Academic & Personal Qualification
● College degree or above in Industrial / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
● Minimum 7 years of work experience in precision machine parts fabrication with at least 3 years in precision shaft/gear manufacturing.
● Solid experience in Shaft or Gear manufacturing process
● Experience in CNC Machine/CNC programming/Cutting Machine(Lathe,Milling,Drilling) fixture design, machining parameter setup, cutting oil and tooling selection for different material.
● Experience in CNC Lathe tooling central controlling system and selection.
● Good communication skills, able to present technical information to customer and train up technical staff.
●Experience in project management as well as a good team player to work with cross-functional team.
●Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Other Requirements :
●Knowledgeable in QS9000/ISO 9000 quality system
