数控机床应称CNC MACHINE，CNC代表 Computer numerial controlled。
检具就比较麻烦，如果是自制的专用检验工具叫Checking fixture，通用的你称为Checking guage 应该是合理的。

NC就是数字控制(numerial controlled),而CNC是计算机数字控制(computer numerial controlled),所以NC机床与CNC机床是有区别的!

这两者还是有区别的，前者的包括的范围要大些。检具是Checking fixture，而量具为：gauge
